<កំរិតនិងរបៀបប្រើ>

-មនុស្សពេញវ័យ: លេបម្ដង1គ្រាប់ 1ថ្ងៃ3ទៅ4ដង។

-ក្មេងអាយុពី6ទៅ12ឆ្នាំ: លេបម្ដង ½គ្រាប់ 1ថ្ងៃ3ទៅ4ដង។

-ក្មេងអាយុពី2ទៅ6ឆ្នាំ: លេបម្ដង1/4គ្រាប់ 1ថ្ងៃ3ទៅ4ដង។

Symptomatic relief of fever, headache and nasal congestion associated with influenza and common cold, including allergic rhinitis.

Along with antibacterials

- In Sinusitis, Otitis Media, Tonsillitis

- After Tonsillectomy

Dosage and Administration

Adults : 1 tablet 3-4 times daily

Children 6-12 years : 1/2 tablet 3-4 times daily

Children 2-6 years : 1/4 tablet 3-4 times daily.

In patients who are hypersensitive to any of its components, those who have glaucoma, patients receiving MAOIs, patients with severe hypertension and in pregnancy.

Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, palpitations, urinary retention, nervousness, insomnia, tremors, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, anorexia, gastric irritation, anticholinergic actions like dryness of mouth, blurred vision, thickened bronchial secretions, tightness of chest, skin rashes and allergic reactions may occur.

Contraindicated in pregnancy.

・ត្រូវពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យ ចំពោះអ្នកជម្ងឺកំពុងប្រើTrycyclic antidepressants, Anticholinergic drugs, CNS depressants ដូចជា Alcohol, Beta-blockers, Sympathomimetic drugsដទៃទៀត។

・ចៀសវាងប្រើចំពោះអ្នកកំពុងបើកបររថយន្តឬអ្នកបញ្ជាគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីន

・ឱសថនេះអាចភ្ញោចប្រព័ន្ធសរសៃប្រសាទកណ្ដាលចំពោះកូនក្មេង

Use this medicine with caution in patients having urinary retention, prostate hypertrophy, hypertension, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy and bronchial asthma (especially in children), peptic ulcer, hepatic or renal impairment and in nursing mothers.

Should be used under the supervision of physician in patients receiving tricyclic antidepressants, anticholinergic drugs, CNS depressants including alcohol, beta-blockers or other sympathomimetic drugs.

1. May cause drowsiness: avoid driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.

2. May cause CNS stimulation, especially in children.

3. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

4. If symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by high fever consult a physician.

5. In sensitive patients , even small doses will cause insomnia, dizziness, palpitations, tremors or cardiac arrhythmias, Discontinue the drug.

This tablet has a combination of drugs required simultaneously for the relief of fever, headache and nasal congestion associated with influenza & common cold.

Paracetamol is an analgesic-antipyretic with a rapid onset of action and it is considered as the safest drug in its therapeutic class. Phenylephrine has sympathomimetic vasoconstrictor activity by releasing noradrenaline from sympathetic nerve endings & by direct stimulation of alpha adrenoreceptor in blood vessels. Sympathomimetic decongestants reduce the nasal congestion due to increased nasal blood flow associated with colds and influenza. The onset of action is within 15-20 minutes with the effect lasting 2-4 hours.

At therapeutic doses, Phenylephrine does not cause significant stimulation of the central nervous system. Thus, Phenylephrine is the safest amongst oral sympathomimetic decongestants. Chlorphenamine maleate is an effective antihistamine for the relief of allergic symptoms with a low incidence of sedation, while caffeine is a CNS stimulant.
