កំរិតនិងរបៀបប្រើ
គ្រប់ករណិទាំងអស់ ត្រូវគោរពតាមវេជ្ជបញ្ជាគ្រូពេទ្យរបស់អ្នក។
សំរាប់មនុស្សពេញវ័យនិងវ័យជំទង់ (ទំងន់លើស40គ.ក្រ)៖ លេបម្ដង 1គ្រាប់ រាល់6ម៉ោងម្ដង បើចាំបាច់។
របៀបប្រើ៖ យកល្អសូមលេបពេលបរិភោគអាហារ។

It is indicated for the manifestation of pain and inflammation such as migraine,headachie. toothache, dysmenorrhea, muscle pain, postoporative pain, sprain, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, bursitis, tenosynovitis.

For adult and adolescent (over 40 kg): 1 tablet every 6 hours as needed.

In case of more servere symptoms, the dose may be increased as directed by your doctor’s prescription

- អ្នកមានមុខងារថ្លើម តំរងនោមខ្សោយធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។
- អ្នកមានជំងឺបេះដូងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។

Hypersensitivity to one of the components, known history of allergy or asthmatic attacks due to taking of aspirin or other NSAIDs, gastrointestinal bleeding, development of gastroduodenal ulceration, hepatic insufficiency, severe renal insufficiency, severe and uncontrolled cardiac insufficiency.

Nausea, vomiting, gastralgia, headache, dizziness, skin allergy,...

ឱសថនេះមិនត្រូវប្រើដំណាលគ្នាជាមួយឱសថNSAIDsផ្សេងទៀត (រួមទាំងAspirin) ឱសថប្រឆាំងឈាមកកគ្រាប់ heparin, lithium, methotrexate (កំរិតប្រើលើសពី 15ម.ក្រ/អាទិត្យ)។

The drug is not recommended in concomitant use with other NSAIDs (including aspirin), oral anticoagulants, heparin, lithium, methotrexate (doses higher than 15 mg/week). To avoid possible interactions with otherdrugs, you should inform your doctor or pharmacist about any other current treatment.

ស្ត្រីមានផ្ទៃពោះ៖ រយៈពេល5ខែដំបូងនៃការមានផ្ទៃពោះ ការប្រើឱសថនេះតែក្នុងករណីចាំបាច់តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ចាប់ពី6ខែនាការមានផ្ទៃពោះ ហាមប្រើឱសថនេះ។
ស្ត្រីបំបៅដោះកូន៖ ជៀសវាងប្រើឱសថនេះពេលបំបៅដោះកូន។

*Pregnancy: During the first five months of pregnancy, this drug should be prescribed only if necessary. From the sixth month of pregnancy, the administration of this drug is contraindicated.

*Breast-feeding: Avoid the administration of this drug for breast-feeding mothers.

ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នប្រើ៖
- ធ្វើតេស្តរាប់គ្រាប់ឈាម មុខងារថ្លើម និងតំរងនោមក្នុងករណីព្យាបាលរយៈពេលយូរ។
- ចំពោះអ្នកជំងឺធ្លាប់ឈឺបំពង់រំលាយអាហារ (អ្នកមានដំបៅក្រពះពោះវៀន ហូរឈាមបំពង់រំលាយអាហារ)។
- បើសិនមានហូរឈាម ឬដំបៅក្រពះពោះវៀនត្រូវបញ្ឈប់ការព្យាបាលជាបន្ទាន់។

- Blood cell test, hepatic and renal function test are recommended to be carried out in case of long-term therapy.

- Use with caution and under particular supervision in patients with history of digestive diseases (gastroduodenal ulceration, digestive bleeding…).

- If gastrointestinal bleeding or ulceration is observed, discontinue the treatment immediately.
