  • សកម្មភាពឱសថ

PHENYLEPHRINE acts directly on α-adrenergic receptors in the mucosa of the respiratory tract producing vasoconstriction which results in shrinkage of swollen nasal mucous membranes, reduction of tissue hyperemia, edema and nasal congestion and an increase in nasal airway patency, especially where cannot be reached by sprays, drops or topical applications.

PARACETAMOL - a non-narcotic analgesic-antipyretic drug. It raises the pain threshold to check headache, muscle and joint pains, and general malaise frequently associated with the common cold.

CHLORPHENIRAMIN MALEATE – the antihistamine especially useful for controlling allergic manifestations of upper respiratory affections, such as runny nose, postnasal drip, sneezing and lacrimation. Aside from being an effective histamine antagonist, chlorpheniramine maleate acts synergistically with phenylephrine to provide greater and longer decongestive effect.
