Topical cream for use in proctology (C: cardio-vascular system)

Local treatment of symptoms (pruritus, pain) due to the haemorrhoidal flare-up.

Dosage

Posology

1 or more applications per day.

Method of administration

For rectal administration.

Duration of treatment

Treatment duration must not exceed 7 days.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

The following effects may occur:

 Reactions at the application site, such as burning, redness, irritation, pain, itching, rash.

 Hypersensitivity reactions.

Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken another medicine, even if it is a non-prescription medicine.

This medicine should be used with care during pregnancy and lactation. Ask your doctor or your pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.

Do not use if you have a history of allergy to lidocaine or to one of the other ingredients of this medicine.

 If your symptoms (pain, itching, discomfort) persist for more than 7 days, you should consult your doctor.

 Do not use in children without medical advice.

 If you are pregnant, ask your doctor for advice; this cream must not be used during pregnancy unless recommended by your doctor.

 This medicine contains methyl and propyl parahydroxybenzoates which may cause allergic reactions.
