STRUCTUM Capsule

This product is an anti-osteoarthritic drug. Osteoarthritis is a disease caused by the wearing down of cartilage.

STRUCTUM is recommended for adults (over 15 years) for the treatment of pain and functional discomfort caused by knee and hip osteoarthritis. This medicinal product has a slow action with delayed effect (around 2 months). Its effect may persist after treatment discontinuation.

Dosage

For use by adults only (over 15 years of age).

Oral administration.

The capsules are to be swallowed whole with a large glass of water.

1 capsule of 500mg twice a day.

- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance (Chondroitin) or any of the other ingredients of the product.

- in children under 15 years of age.

- Allergic skin reactions such as redness, urticaria, eczema, rashes, associated or not with pruritus, and/or oedema can occur.

In this case, you must stop treatment immediately and consult your doctor.

- During treatment, you may experience digestive disorders such as nausea, vomiting.

In all these cases, you must inform your doctor.

It is not recommended to use this medicine during pregnancy and breast feeding, unless otherwise instructed by your doctor.

If you discover you are pregnant during treatment, immediately contact your doctor: only your doctor can prescribe the appropriate treatment for your condition.
