PHENERGAN Cream

Local symptomatic treatment of pruritus, especially in insect bites.

Dosage

Apply a light layer 2-3 times a day

Wash hands after use

How to use: coetaneous route

How long for: Do not use for more than 3-4 days without consulting your doctor.

If you have

- Infected wounds

- eczemas

- weeping wounds

- allergy to one of the components (promethazine, parabens, lanolin (wool fat)..)

Risk of skin allergy and photosensitization

This drug should be used with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Certain components of this medicine cause allergy: promethazine, lanolin (wool fat), parabens,…

Allergy to promethazine or to parabens can contraindicate some future drugs used systemically (certain local anesthetics, certain antihistamines,…)

Do not expose to sun or UV during the treatment.

This medicine contains lanolin (wool fat) and may cause local skin reactions (eczema par example).

This medicine contains cetostearyl alcohol and may cause local skin reactions (eczema par example).

This medicine contains methyl parahydroxybenzoate and may cause allergic reactions.
