ឱសថនេះប្រើសម្រាប់បន្ថយការឈឺចាប់ផ្សេងៗ ដូចជា៖
- ការឈឺក្បាល ឈឺធ្មេញ ឈឺចាប់ពេលមានរដូវ ផ្ដាសាយ ឈឺសន្លាក់ឆ្អឹង ឈឺចាប់តាមសរសៃប្រសាទ(Neuralgia) ជម្ងឺរលាកសរសៃប្រសាទ(Sciatica)
- បន្ថយកំដៅ។
កំរិតនិងរបៀបប្រើ
- ត្រូវលេបជាមួយទឹកក្រោយពេលអាហារ
- សំរាប់មនុស្សពេញវ័យ និងកុមារអាយុលើសពី12ឆ្នាំ៖ លេបម្ដងពី1ទៅ2គ្រាប់ 2ទៅ3ដងក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ។
- សំរាប់កុមារអាយុពី6ទៅ12ឆ្នាំ៖ លេបម្ដងពី 1/2 ទៅ1គ្រាប់ 2ទៅ3ដងក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ
- សំរាប់កុមារអាយុពី1ទៅ6ឆ្នាំ៖ លេបម្ដងពី1/4 ទៅ 1/2 គ្រាប់ 2ទៅ3ដងក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ។

Indicated for the relieve of mild to moderate pain sue to headache, toothache, dysmenorrhoea, influenza, mild osteoarthritis, neuralgia and sciatica. To reduce fever.

Dosage

For children the recommend dosage:

1-6 years : 1/4-1/2 tablet, 2-3 times daily

6-12 years : 1/2-1 tablet, 2-3 times daily

Adults and children over 12 years old: 1-2 tablets, 2-3 times daily

It is to be swallowed with liquid, preferable after meal.

- ឱសថនេះអាចបណ្ដាលអោយងងុយដេក
- ការប្រើឱសថនេះចំពោះអ្នកជម្ងឺពិសាស្រា អាចបង្កើនគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ថ្លើម។

Use with caution in patients with acute porphyria, since it may cause porphyrinogenic.

If pain still persists in 5 days, contact the physician.

Usage in patients who are taking alcohol may increase the risk of liver impairment.

Combination of propyphenazone and paracetamol in Paramex has synergic effect in its analgesic and antipyretic action. Paramex is effective for the relief or aches and pains. Paramex is likely to cause gastric irritation. Addition of caffeine of Dexchlorpheniramine maleate has positive effect in reducing sensitivity to caffeine.
