គុណភាពព្យាបាល
Klarigen ប្រើសំរាប់ព្យាបាលជំងឺដែលបង្ករោគលើ៖
ប្រព័ន្ធផ្លូវដង្ហើមផ្នែកខាងលើ និង ខាងក្រោម រលាកឆ្អឹងរូងច្រមុះ ជំងឺត្រចៀក ជំងឺដំបៅក្រពះដែលបង្កដោយមេរោគHelicobacter pylori ជំងឺលើស្បែកដែលបង្កដោយមេរោគក្រាម(+)និងក្រាម(-) ដែលត្រូវការខ្យល់និងមិនត្រូវការខ្យល់។
កំរិត និងរបៀប្រើ
- មនុស្សពេញវ័យ៖ លេបម្ដង1គ្រាប់ទៅ2គ្រាប់ រាល់12ម៉ោងម្ដង លេបពី5ទៅ14ថ្ងៃ។
- ចំពោះកុមារ៖ 7.5mg - 15mg ក្នុង 1Kg ចែកជា2ដងក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃ។

Indication

Klarigen is indicated for the treatment of the following mild to moderate severe infections caused by susceptible organisms: upper respiratory, lower respiratory infections: acute maxillary sinusitis, otitis media, Helicobacter pylori infection associated with duodenal ulcers, skin and soft tissue infections caused by clinically significant aerobic and anaerobic gram-negative and gram-positive organisms.

Dosage & Administration

For mild to moderate infection:

- Adults: 250mg - 500mg every 12 hours.

- Children: 7.5mg-15mg/kg/day every 12 hours.

- សុវត្ថិភាពនិងប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ចំពោះក្មេងអាយុក្រោម6ខែ មិនត្រូវបានគេសន្មតឡើយ។

Contraindicated in the patient with Hypersensitivity to Clarithromycin, erythromycin, or any other macrolide antibiotics, patients receiving Pimozide, suspected or potential bacteremias: severe hepatic or biliary disease. Safety and efficacy in infants < 6 months not established.

1. GI: diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, abnormal taste, dyspepsia.

2. Hematologic: Eosinophilia.

3. CNS: Headache, dizziness, anxiety, insomnia, confusion, hearing loss.

4. Skin: rash, urticaria.

មិនគួរប្រើរួមគ្នាជាមួយឱសថ Theophylline, Digoxine, Carbamazepine, Triazolam, Warfarin, Ergotamine, Pimozide, Dihydroergotamine។

មិនគួរប្រើឱសថKlarigen ចំពោះស្ត្រីមានផ្ទៃពោះ និងស្ត្រីបំបៅដោះកូនទេ។

Safety and efficacy in pregnancy and lactation have not been established. Not to be used in pregnancy and lactating.

ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន៖
- ត្រូវប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នចំពោះអ្នកជំងឺខ្សោយតម្រងនោម អ្នកឈឺក្រលៀន អ្នកមានជំងឺសរសៃឈាមបេះដូង ចាស់ជរា អ្នករលាកពោះវៀនធំ និង ស្ត្រីបំបៅដោះកូន។

Use with caution in the patients with Renal impairment, Kidney disease, coronary heart disease, elderly, colitis lactation.
