- ការពារនិងធ្វើអោយធូរស្រាលចង្អោរ ក្អួត ដែលបណ្ដាលមកពីការវះកាត់ ការព្យាបាលជម្ងឺមហារីកដោយគីមី(Cancer chemocherapy) ការព្យាបាលរោគដោយកាំរស្មីអ៊ិច(Radeotherapy) ការព្យាបាលជម្ងឺញ័រដៃនិងក្បាលជាប្រចាំ(Parkinsonism)ដោយប្រើថ្នាំLevodopaនិងBromocriptine ប្រឆាំងជំងឺMigraine ជម្ងឺរលាកថ្លើម ជម្ងឺរលាកលំពែង របួសក្បាល ការឈឺចាប់នៅពេលស្ត្រីមានរដូវ(Dysmenorrhoea)

<កំរិតនិងរបៀបប្រើ>

- មនុស្សពេញវ័យនិងចាស់ជរា: លេប1ទៅ2គ្រាប់(10-20ម.ក្រ)ប្រើ3ទៅ4ដងក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ រយៈពេល15-30នាទីមុនស្រស់ស្រូបអាហារ និង ការប្រើលើកទី4 លេបនៅពេលចូលដេក

- ក្មេង: លេប0.2ទៅ0.3 ម.ក្រ ក្នុង1គ.ក្រទម្ងន់ ប្រើ3ទៅ4ដងក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ មុនស្រស់ស្រូបអាហារ។

Indications:

1. Prevention and relief of nausea and vomiting due to a variety of causes especially: Surgery, Cancer chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Levodopa and bromocriptine therapy for parkinsonism, Migraine, hepatitis, pancreatitis, head injury, dysmenorrhoea.

2. Delayed gastric emptying and gastroparesis

3. Reflux oesophagitis

4. Dyspepsia

Dosage and administration:

Adults: 10 to 20 mg three or four times a day 15-30 minutes before meals. The fourth dose is given at bedtime.

Children: 0.2 to 0.3 mg/kg 3 or 4 times a day before feeding.

Elderly: No dosage changes are required in the elderly.

Domperidone is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to this drug.

ឱសថនេះអាចមានផលរំខានខ្លះៗដូចជា ស្ងួតមាត់ ស្រេកទឹក ឈឺក្បាល រាក អារម្មណ៍មិននឹងនរ(Nerveless) កន្ទួលក្រហមលើស្បែក។ ជាកម្រអាចបណ្ដាលអោយទឹកដោះហូរចេញនិងដោះឡើងធំ។ ការប្រើលើសកំរិត ត្រូវលាងក្រពះ។

Domperidone has been well tolerated in most studies. No side effects have been reported at doses of 30 and 60 mg daily for several weeks. Occasional minor side effects include dryness of mouth, thirst, headache, diarrhoea, nervousness and transient rash.

Extrapyramidal side effects have been rare and far less frequent with Domperidone than with metoclopramide.

Domperidone can stimulate prolactin secretion and may rarely cause galactorrhea or gynaecomastia.

Domperidone may reduce the hypoprolactinaemic effect of bromocriptine but not its antiparkinson effect.

Pregnancy:

It is preferable not to use this drug during pregnancy.

Nursing mothers:

Domperidone is excreted into breast milk only in small amount with no potential for causing reactions in the child.

- ការប្រើឱសថនេះ អាចបណ្ដាលអោយមានប្រតិកម្មអឆន្ទៈ(Extrapyrimidal)លើក្មេងជំទង់និងចាស់ជរា បើមានប្រតិកម្មដូចខាងលើត្រូវព្យាបាលដោយប្រើថ្នាំAntiparkinson។

- គួរជៀសវាងប្រើចំពោះស្ត្រីមានផ្ទៃពោះនិងស្ត្រីបំបៅដោះកូន។

Domperidone may cause extrapyramidal reactions especially in young adults and in the elderly. These may be treated with antiparkinson drugs.

Selective antagonism of peripheral dopamine D, receptors in the stomach and the Chemoreceptor Trigger Zone, increases peristalsis in the upper GI tract and facilitates gastric emptying.
