- serious liver disease.

- In certain rare cases, rash or flushing of the skin may occur or allergic reaction in the form of sudden swelling of the face and neck or a sudden feeling of faintness and drop in blood pressure. In such cases, stop treatment immediately, inform your doctor, and never give your child any medicine containing paracetamol again.

- Exceptional cases of abnormal laboratory values requiring blood tests have been observed: abnormally low levels of certain white blood cells or other types of blood cells such as platelets which may lead to bleeding of the nose or gums. If this occurs, consult a doctor.

For information, under normal conditions of use, paracetamol can be taken during pregnancy as well as while breast-feeding.

If you have given too much Doliprane 150mg powder for oral solution in sachets or too high a dose has accidentally been taken, immediately consult your doctor.

This medicine contains paracetamol, as do other medicines. Do not give two medicines containing paracetamol at the same time, so as not to exceed the recommended daily dose.

- If pain persists for more than 5 days or fever for more than 3 days, or if the drug does not work well enough or if any other symptoms occur, do not continue giving this medicine without seeking medical advice.

- If your child has serious liver or kidney disease or in case of an alcohol abuse problem, you must consult your doctor before using this medicine.

- Before starting treatment with this medicine, make sure that your child is not taking any other paracetamol-containing medicines. Tell your doctor if your child is taking any other medicines containing paracetamol.

- Doliprane should be used with caution if your child has nutrition disorders (malnutrition) or is dehydrated.

- This medicine is not recommended if your child as fructose intolerance, glucose and galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrose/isomaltase deficiency.

- This medicine contains sodium, The sodium content is less than 1 mmol per sachet, which means that the medicine is “salt-free”.
