ឱសថនេះជួយធ្វើឱ្យធូរស្រាលបានយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័សសម្រាប់គ្រប់គ្រងការឈឺចាប់បណ្តោះអាសន្នមានដូចជា៖

- ឈឺក្បាល

- ឈឺខ្នង

- ឈឺសាច់ដុំ និងមានការឈឺចាប់

- ឈឺសន្លាក់កម្រិតស្រាល

- ឈឺធ្មេញ

- ឈឺចាប់ពេលមានរដូវ ឱសថនេះក៏អាចប្រើផងដែរសម្រាប់បញ្ចុះកម្តៅដូចជាជំងឺគ្រុនក្តៅដែលទាក់ទងជាមួយនឹងជំងឺគ្រុនផ្តាសាយ

កម្រិត និងរបៀបប្រើ៖

ឱសថនេះត្រូវលេបតាមមាត់ជាមួយបរិមាណទឹកគ្រប់គ្រាន់។

- ចំពោះមនុស្សពេញវ័យ៖ កម្រិតណែនាំឱ្យប្រើគឺលេប១គ្រាប់ រៀងរាល់ពី ៨ ទៅ ១២ម៉ោងម្តងក្នុង១ថ្ងៃ។ សម្រាប់បទពិសោធន៍របស់អ្នកជំងឺមួយចំនួន ការលេបឱសថនេះម្តង២គ្រាប់ពេលចាប់ផ្តើមប្រើឱសថនេះដំបូង រួចបន្តលេប១គ្រាប់ទៀត បន្ទាប់ពីរយៈពេល១២ម៉ោងក្រោយលេបកម្រិតដំបូងរួច អាចជួយធ្វើឱ្យធូរស្រាលរោគសញ្ញាជំងឺបានលឿន។ កម្រិតប្រើអតិបរមាប្រចាំថ្ងៃគឺ ៣គ្រាប់ក្នុង១ថ្ងៃ។ កម្រិតប្រើលើសពី ៣គ្រាប់ក្នុង១ថ្ងៃ លុះត្រាតែមានការណែនាំរបស់គ្រូពេទ្យ។

- ចំពោះមនុស្សចាស់ (អាយុចាប់ពី ៦៥ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ)៖ កម្រិតណែនាំឱ្យប្រើគឺមិនលើសពី ២គ្រាប់ក្នុង១ថ្ងៃ។

- ចំពោះកូនក្មេងអាយុក្រោម ១២ឆ្នាំ៖ មិនមានកម្រិតណែនាំឱ្យប្រើឱសថនេះទេ។

Each dose should be taken orally with a glass of water, and can be taken fasting or with meals.

Absorption may be delayed with meals.

Adults:

- 1 tablet every 8-12 hours while symptoms persist.

- with experience, some people may find that an initial dose of 2 tablets followed by 1 tablet 12 hourslater, if necessary, will provide better relief.

- Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours unless directed to do so by a doctor.

Elderly (65 and over):

- Maximum of 2 tablets/day, unless directed to do so by a doctor.

Children:

- Do not give this drug to children under 12 years.

ALEVE should not be taken for more than 10 consecutive days.

- អ្នកជំងឺដែលធ្លាប់ងាយមានប្រតិកម្មអាល្លែកហ្ស៊ីជាមួយនឹង Aspirin ឬជាមួយនឹងឱសថប្រឆាំងការរលាក ឬជាមួយនឹងឱសថបន្ថយការឈឺចាប់ផ្សេងទៀត។

- អ្នកមានជំងឺដំបៅក្រពះ ឬមានជំងឺក្រពះពោះវៀនផ្សេងទៀត។

- អ្នកមានជំងឺខ្សោយតម្រងនោម

- អ្នកមានជំងឺខ្សោយបេះដូង

By patients

- who have previously exhibited allergy to Naproxen sodium,

- in whom acetylsalicylic acid (Aspirin) or other anti-inflammatory and pain relieving drugs have induced allergic reactions,

- with a stomach or intestinal ulcer or other stomach disorders, or who have impaired kidney function and heart failure.

The most common side effects are: abdominal discomfort, swelling, stomach discomfort and indigestion, ringing in the ears, dizziness, nausea and headache, constipation, drowsiness, labored breathing.

អន្តរកម្មឱសថនេះ

- Diuretic

- Anticoagulants

- Lithium, methotrexate

- Antihypertensive drugs

- Other NSAIDs

មិនត្រូវប្រើឱសថនេះពេលមានផ្ទៃពោះ ឬបំបៅដោះកូនលុះត្រាមានការណែនាំពីគ្រូពេទ្យ (មិនត្រូវប្រើនៅ ៣ខែចុងក្រោយនៃការមានផ្ទៃពោះ)។

ALEVE should not be taken by pregnant women except under medical supervision. Do not use during the last 3 months of pregnancy.

The medication should be avoided in patients who are breast feeding.

Effect on fertility

There is some evidence that drugs which inhibit cyclo-oxygenase/prostaglandin synthesis may cause impairment of female fertility by an effect on ovulation. The effect on ovulation is reversible upon the withdrawal of the treatment.

- ពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកជំងឺកំពុងប្រើឱសថបញ្ចុះទឹកនោម Lithium, methotrexate ឬឱសថបញ្ចុះសម្ពាធឈាម

- មិនត្រូវប្រើឱសថនេះពេលមានផ្ទៃពោះ ឬបំបៅដោះកូនលុះត្រាមានការណែនាំពីគ្រូពេទ្យ (មិនត្រូវប្រើនៅ ៣ខែចុងក្រោយនៃការមានផ្ទៃពោះ)

- A doctor should be consulted if the pain or fever persists or gets worse or if any unusual symptoms arise.

- ALEVE should not be taken, except under close supervision of a doctor, by patients with a history of disease of the stomach or of the intestines (e.g. ulcer). Stomach and intestinal pain should not be treated with ALEVE.

- ALEVE should be taken under medical supervision if you have blood coagulation disorders or are receiving drug therapy that interferes with blood coagulation.

- ALEVE should not be taken with other anti-inflammatory drugs (including other naproxen and naproxen sodium presentations) and pain relieving drugs except under a doctor’s direction.

- ALEVE can cause allergic reactions in asthmatics or patients allergic to Aspirin and to other anti-inflammatory or pain relieving drugs.

- A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted:

 if any other drugs are taken on a regular basis;

 if heartburn, upset stomach or stomach pain occurs;

 if even mild symptoms persist;

 if you suffer from another illness.

 if you are prone to allergies

- A doctor should be consulted before taking ALEVE if patients are taking diuretics, lithium, methotrexate or medication for high blood pressure.

- Do not exceed the indicated dosage.

Naproxen sodium relieves pain, lowers fever and reduces inflammation.

ALEVE provides fast acting relief for the temporary management of the pain and discomfort associated with: headache, backache, muscular aches& pains, minor pain of arthritis, toothache, menstrual pain.

ALEVE also reduces fever, such as that associated with the common cold.
