·This medicine is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension. ·The usual dosage is 1 tablet per day.

ហាមប្រើចំពោះ

- ជម្ងឺខ្សោយបេះដូង ដែលមិនបានពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យ

- វិបត្តិចង្វាក់បេះដូង ជាពិសេសចង្វាក់បេះដូងដើរយឺតជាង50ដងក្នុង1នាទី

- Heart failure not controlled medically,

- Some forms of cardiac arrhythmia, in particular severe bradycardia (heart rate less than 50 beats per minute) impaired conduction and a disorder known as sinus disease,

- Severe asthma and severe forms of some chronic bronchial diseases,

- Prinzmetal’s angina (type of angina attacks),

- Untreated pheochromocytoma (excessive growth of the medulla of the adrenal gland secreting substances that induce severe hypertensive),

- Severe forms of peripheral arterial disorders (in particular Raynaud’s syndrome),

- Hypertension,

- Known hypersensitivity (allergy) to bisoprolol, hydrochlorthiazide or to other sulphonamide derivatives,

- Severe hepatic (liver) or renal (kidney) failure,

- Combination with floctafenin or sultopride,

- Breast feeding.

It is generally inadvisable to use this medicine concomitantly with lithium and some other drugs that increase the risk of disorders affecting heart rhythm: (see section taking or using other medicines) and during pregnancy.

he most common adverse events are as follows: •disorders affecting the blood circulation (feeling cold or numbness of the extremities),

•tiredness*, exhaustion*, dizziness*, headache*,

•gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation,

•abnormal laboratory tests, increased risk of gout.

•These symptoms occur mainly at the beginning of the treatment.

They are generally mild, and usually disappear within 1 to 2 weeks after starting the treatment. Uncommon:

•muscular weakness, cramp,

•slowing of the heart rate, impaired cardiac conduction, exacerbation of heart failure, orthostatic hypotension (fall in blood pressure after standing up, which may be accompanied by dizziness),

•sleep disorders, depression,

•respiratory problems in patients with asthma or a history of obstructive disorders of the airways,

•impaired renal function,

•gastrointestinal disorders: loss of appetite, abdominal pain, increased amylase levels (enzymes involved in digestion).

increase the risk of disorders affecting heart rhythm: (see section Taking or using other medicines) and during pregnancy. •rise in some hepatic enzymes, hepatitis, and jaundice,

•impaired erection,

•hearing problems,

•allergic rhinitis, reduced tear secretion, impaired sight,

•leukocytopenia (fall in the number of white blood cells in the blood), thrombocytopenia (fall in the number of blood platelets, which help to produce blood clotting).

Very rare:

•conjunctivitis, alopecia (hair falling out) exacerbation of existing psoriasis (skin disease) or the onset of a psoriasis-like outbreak or cutaneous lupus erythematosus (skin disease),

•chest pains,

•agranulocytosis (disappearance of some types of white blood cells from the blood),

•pancreatitis.

- រួមជាមួយ Lithium ឬប្រភេទឱសថដទៃទៀត ដែលបង្កើនអោយមានវិបត្តិចង្វាក់បេះដូង និងក្នុងអំឡុងពេលស្ត្រីមានផ្ទៃពោះ។

This medicine must never be used concomitantly with floctafenin or sultopride.

Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicine, in particular lithium, amiodarone or drugs that increase the risk of cardiac arrhythmia, even if the drug has been obtained without a prescription.

It is not advisable to use this medicine during pregnancy. Breast-feeding is contraindicated.

- Never stop taking the treatment suddenly, particularly in the context of certain heart disorders (ischemic heart disease, coronaropathy).

Inform your doctor before taking the treatment in the following situations:

- if you suffer from heart disease,

- if you suffer from arterial disease ( in particular from Raynaud’s syndrome),

- if you have any history of a chronic disorder of the bronchi,

- if you have diabetes, thyroid disorder, gout, psoriasis or renal failure,

- if you are undergoing desensitizing treatment,

- if you are to undergo a surgical operation, tell the anesthetist that you are taking this medicine.

This medicine must be used cautiously in elderly subjects.
