STRESAM Capsule

គុណភាពព្យាបាល៖

- ជាប្រភេទឱសថរំងាប់អារម្មណ៍ (Anxiolytic)

- ឱសថនេះប្រើសម្រាប់ព្យាបាល ឬកាត់បន្ថយអារម្មណ៍រំភើប និងប្រតិកម្មរាងកាយ (រីក ឬហើមបំពង់ក ញ័រទ្រូង មានអារម្មណ៍ថប់ដង្ហើម។ល។) ដោយរួមផ្សំនឹងសភាពរសាប់រសល់ដេកមិនសូវលក់យល់សុបិន្តច្រើន។

កម្រិត និងរបៀបប្រើ៖

- កម្រិតប្រើប្រែប្រួលទៅតាមប្រភេទអ្នកជំងឺ (គ្រូពេទ្យជាអ្នកកំណត់)

- ប្រើម្តង 1គ្រាប់ 2 ទៅ 3ដងក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ

- រយៈពេលប្រើអាស្រ័យវេជ្ជបញ្ជារបស់គ្រូពេទ្យ

*សំគាល់៖

- ឱសថនេះអាចប្រើបានលុះត្រាមានវេជ្ជបញ្ជាពីគ្រូពេទ្យ

- នៅពេលអ្នកជំងឺភ្លេចលេបឱសថនេះ ហាមលេបជំនួសសងវិញ

- ក្នុងករណីអ្នកជំងឺប្រើលើសកម្រិត ត្រូវជួបគ្រូពេទ្យជាបន្ទាន់ ឬបញ្ជូនអ្នកជំងឺទៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យ

Indication:

Anxiolytic

This drug is recommended to decrease the various emotional and body reactions which accompany the anxiety.

Dosage:

The dosage is variable from one patient to another one. It does not depend on the gravity of the disorders but of the reactions of each one. Only the doctor can define it.

Method and route of administration:

Oral route

Swallow the capsules with a little amount of water.

Frequency of administration:

The administration of the capsules will be divided into 2 or 3 intakes per day.

Duration of treatment:

In every case respect your doctor's prescription.

If you take more stresam 50mg, capsule than you should:

in case of intoxication by accidental intake of a big dose of stresam 50mg, capsule it is nessary to contact immediately your doctor.

If you forget to take stresam 50mg, capsule:

Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten capsule.

If you stop taking stresam 50mg, capsule:

The stopping of the treatment does not provoke a withdrawal syndrome (the withdrawal syndrome is a feeling of deprivation after certain medicines are stopped, with the recurrence or the worsening of the initial disorders).

- ខ្សោយតម្រងនោមធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ​

*សំគាល់៖ ក្នុងករណីសង្ស័យត្រូវពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យ ឬឱសថការី។

Do not take this capsule in case of the following:

- state of shock,

- severe hepati insufficiency,

- sereve renal insuufficiency,

- myasthenia.

ផលរំខានខ្លះៗ៖ ក៏ដូចសារធាតុសកម្មផ្សេងទៀតដែរ ឱសថនេះអាចបណ្តាលឱ្យមានផលរំខានខ្លះៗទៅតាមសភាពអ្នកជំងឺ

- សភាពងោកងុយ ច្រើនកើតឡើងនៅពេលប្រើឱសថនេះដំបូង និងបាត់ទៅវិញនៅពេលក្រោយ

- ដោយកម្រកើតឡើងនូវប្រតិកម្មលើស្បែកដូចជា ប្រតិកម្មអាល្លែកហ្ស៊ីកន្ទាលត្រអាក និងហើម។

*សំគាល់៖ ត្រូវពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យ ឬឱសថការីនៅពេលមានផលរំខានណាមួយកើតឡើងក្រៅពីនេះ។

- Slight drowsiness, occurring at the start of treatment and disappearing spontaneously with its continuation,

- Skin rashes and face oedema,

- Allergic reactions: urticaria, Quincke’s oedema,

- Severe allergic reactions of the skin,

- Anaphylactic shock,

- Allergic reactions with fever, skin rash, conjunctivitis, vasculitis, polyadenopathies, disorders suggestive of lymphoma, arthralgia, leucopenia, hypereosinophilia, hepatosplenomegaly and hepatitis potentially severe can be associated within the framework like disease,

- Vasculitis or serum sickness like disease,

- Liver disease: transaminases increase (liver enzymes) hepatitis,

- Bleedings between the menstrual cycles in women treated with oral contraceptive,

- Gastrointestinal disorders with diarroea.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ និងស្ត្រីបំបៅកូន មុនប្រើឱសថនេះត្រូវពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យ

- ដោយឱសថនេះមានសារធាតុ Lactose ដូច្នេះជៀសវាងប្រើឱសថនេះចំពោះអ្នកមានជាតិ galactose នៅក្នុងឈាម និងចំពោះអ្នកមានវិបត្តិនៃការស្រូបយកជាតិ Glucose និង Galactose ឬវិបត្តិកង្វះអង់ហ្ស៊ីម Lactose (ជំងឺវិបត្តិមេតាបូលីស)

- នៅពេលប្រើឱសថនេះអ្នកជំងឺហាមប្រើក្នុងពេលជាមួយនូវភេសជ្ជ៖ដែលមានជាតិអាល់កុល

*សំគាល់៖ ក្នុងករណីសង្ស័យត្រូវពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យ ឬឱសថការី។

- ចំពោះស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ និងស្ត្រីបំបៅកូន មុនប្រើឱសថនេះត្រូវពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យ

*សំគាល់៖ ក្នុងករណីសង្ស័យត្រូវពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យ ឬឱសថការី។

- ចំពោះអ្នកបើកបរយានយន្ត ឬអ្នកបញ្ជាគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីនត្រូវប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នពោះឱសថនេះធ្វើឱ្យងងុយដេក។

Special warning

In case of cutaneous or allergic reactions, or of severe liver disorders, the treatment with etifoxine should be immediately discontinued.

Due to the presence of lactose, this medicine is not recommended in patients with lactose intolerance (rare hereditary disease).

Precautions for use

The simultaneous absorption of alcoholic beverages is not advisable.

Driving and using machines

Attention is drawn, especially of vehicle drivers and machinery operators, on the risks of drowsiness associated with this medicine.
