REVITALOSE Oral solution

Indications:

This medicine is a tonic. It is indicated for transient states of fatigue accompanying intense physical exertion effects of overwork and convalescence.

Dosage:

The usual dose is a once daily dose, to be dissolved in a glass of water, preferably in the morning.

Do not take REVITALOSE SUGAR-FREE, oral solution sweetened with sorbltol:

• if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients of REVITALOSE SUGAR-FREE oral solution sweetened with sorbitol.

• if you have kidney stones, for a vitamin C dose above 1 g/day.

• if you suffer from phenylketonuria (hereditary disorder detected at birth), as this medicinal product contains a source of phenylalanine.

In the event of overdose, high doses of this vitamin may cause:

Stomach pain, diarrhea, difficulty urinating, red-coloured urine is related to destruction of red blood cells in patients with G6PD deficiency (hereditary disease affecting the red blood cells caused by a missing enzyme).

Pregnancy: This medicine should only be used during pregnancy on your doctor’s orders. It you discover that you are pregnant during treatment, see your doctor who alone is able to decide whether you need to continue treatment.

Breast-feeding: is possible during treatment with REVITALOSE.

Furthermore, a balanced diet is able to cover the body’s vitamin C requirements.
