គុណភាពព្យាបាល

PREMASTON សម្រាប់ព្យាបាលការសម្រាលមិនគ្រប់ខែដែលមានលក្ខណៈគំរាមកំហែង ការគំរាមរលូត និងការរលូតកូនឯកឯងដោយមិនដឹងមូលហេតុ។

កំរិតនិងរបៀបប្រើ
- ការសម្រាលមិនគ្រប់ខែដេលមានលក្ខណៈគំរាមកំហែង: កម្រិតប្រើអតិបរមា 40ម.ក្រ ក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ។
- ការគំរាមរលូត : លេបម្ដង 5ម.ក្រ 3ដងក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ រយៈពេល 5-7ថ្ងៃ រយៈពេលព្យាបាលអាចត្រូវពន្យារបើចាំបាច់ កម្រិតប្រើត្រូវបន្ថយបន្តិចម្ដងៗពេលរោគសញ្ញាបាត់អស់។
- ការរលូតកូនឯកឯងដោយមិនដឹងមូលហេតុ: លេបម្ដង 5-10 ម.ក្រ 1ដងក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ នៅពេលដឹងថាមានផ្ទៃពោះ។ ការព្យាបាលអាចត្រូវបានបន្តយ៉ាងតិច1ខែ បន្ទាប់ពីពេលមានរោគសញ្ញាសំខាន់ៗ។

For the treatment of threatened premature labour, threatened abortion and habitual abortion.

Dosage and administration

- Threatened premature labour: maximum dose is 40mg daily, depend upon patient’s condition.

- Threatened abortion: 5mg 3 times daily for 5-7 days. The duration of therapy may be extended if necessary. Dosage should be gradually reduced when the symptom is disappear.

- Habitual abortion: 5-10mg daily as soon as pregnancy has been diagnosed. The treatment should be continued at least 1 month after the critical periods.

Abnormal liver function.

ផលរំខានខ្លះៗ៖ វិបត្តិក្រពះពោះវៀន ដូចជា ចង្អោរ និងក្អួត។

GI disturbances such as nausea and vomiting.

PREMASTON ត្រូវប្រើដោយប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នចំពោះអ្នកមានជំងឺទឹកនោមផ្អែម។

PREMASTON should be used cautiously in diabetic patients.

The levels of placental hormones commonly fall in premature termination of pregnancy. Clinical studies have shown that allylestrenol has a potency to increase the level of placental hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, human chronic gonadotrophin, human placental circulation. Thus, allylestrenol helps to maintain trophoblastic layers of placenta and decrease the risk of threatened abortion. Allylestrenol has not shown hormonal side effects and other serious disadvantage reactions to pregnant woman nor to the fetus.
