- ក្មេងអាយុលើសពី6ឆ្នាំនិងមនុស្សពេញវ័យ: លេប1គ្រាប់ (10mg) ក្នុង1ថ្ងៃ នៅពេលល្ងាច។

Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria pruritus cutaneous, eczema.

Dosage

Children over 6 years and adults: take 10mg tab. once daily in the evening.

Patients hypersensitive to cetirizine 2HCl: take 5mg each in the morning and in the evening.

Medi-Antallergic tablet is contra-indicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the constituents of cetirizine. Medi-Antallergic is contra-indicated in lactating women since it is excreted in breast milk.

No adverse effect have been reported from animal studies. There has been little or no use of Medi-Antallerggic in pregnancy. As with other drugs the use of Medi-Antallergic in pregnancy should be avoided.

Clinical studies of cetirizine at a dose up to 25mg daily in healthy volunteers have not revealed any effect on alertness or reaction time; however, patients are advised not to exceed the recommended dose if driving or operating machinery. Dose amount and frequency will require modification in patients with impairment of renal function.

Medi-Antallergic is a potent antihistamine with a low potential for drowsiness at pharmacologically active doses and with additional anti-allergic properties. It is a selective H1 antagonist with negligible effects on other receptors and is therefore virtually free from anti-cholinergic and anti-serotonin effects.
