Indication:

Used for the symptomatic treatment of functional colopathies, especially treatment of the disorder of the colon.

Dosage:

Always follow the dose indicated by your doctor. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

In general, the usual dose by oral route is:

adult:

- three sachets per day on average.

Children:

- under 2 years: half a sachet, once or twice per day

- from 2 to 5 years: half a sachet, two to three times per day

- from 5 to 10 years: one sachet, twice per day.

The sachet contents should be dissolved in half a glass of water or mixed with a semi-liquid food such as gruel, stewed fruit, puree, etc. If your doctor has recommended you take BELELIX by rectal route. In this case, take between one and three sachets of BEDELIX, one to three times per day. The sachet contents should be dissolved in 100ml of lukewarm water. The resulting suspension should then be introduced into the rectum using an enema syringe.

Frequency of administration:

BEDELIX should preferably be taken either between or shortly before meals.

Duration of treatment:

Your doctor will tell you how long you need to take this medicine for. If you have any other questions about using this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist for more information.

Like all medicines, BEDELIX, powder for oral suspension in sachcet can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

The following undesirable effects have been reported: skin rash, Quincke's oedema, itching and urticaria.

If you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, or if any of the side effects become serious, tell your doctor or pharmacist.

Should take this medicine at a different time from any other medicine to avoid reducing the efficacy of the other treatment.

This medicine should be used with caution during pregnancy and breast-feeding, so always ask doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicines.

ចំពោះអ្នកជំងឺដែលកំពុងលាងឈាមរ៉ាំរ៉ៃជៀសវាងការប្រើរយៈពេលយូរដោយគ្មានដំបូន្មានគ្រូពេទ្យដោយសារមាន Aluminium hydroxyde ។

If you are undergoing dialysis, you must not take this medicine for an extended period of time without telling your doctor.

The use of this medicine is not recommended in patients with glucose and galactose poor absorption syndrome.
