ឱសថនេះប្រើសំរាប់ព្យាបាលជំងឺឆ្លងក្នុងទ្វារមាសស្ត្រី ដែលបង្កឡើងដោយពពួកមេរោគផ្សិត និងពួកបាក់តេរី។

កម្រិត និងរបៀបប្រើ
- សំរាប់មនុស្សពេញវ័យ៖ កំរិតណែនាំអោយប្រើគឺ សុលក្នុងទ្វារមាសម្ដង 1 គ្រាប់ ពេលយប់មុនដេក ប្រើក្នុងរយៈពេល12ថ្ងៃ។
កំណត់ចំណាំ៖
- ត្រូវសុលឱសថនេះអោយជ្រៅទៅក្នុងទ្វារមាស
- ត្រូវប្រើកន្សែងងូតទឹកផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន
- ត្រូវស្លៀកខោទ្រនាប់ធ្វើពីក្រណាត់កូតុង
- មិនត្រូវបាញ់ទឹកលាងទ្វារមាសអំឡុងពេលសុល
- មិនត្រូវប្រើសំឡីសុលកំឡុងពេលព្យាបាល
មុននឹងប្រើឱសថនេះ ត្រូវពិគ្រោះជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យជំនាញ។

Indication

This medicine is indicated in the local treatment of vaginal infections.

Dosage

FOR ADULT ONLY

A capsule to be put deep into the vagina at bedtime during 12 days.

Method and route of administration:

Vaginal route.

Put preferably in lying down position. The easiest way to proceed is to lie on your back, knees folded up and opened.

Practical advices:

• in order to not contaminate your entourage, use your own bathroom linen (glove, towel),

• wear cotton underwear,

• avoid vaginal showers,

• avoid the use of tampons during the treatment,

• do not stop the treatment during menstruation periods,

• your doctor may also treat your sexual partner, in order to avoid he contaminates you again.

If you take more POLYGYNAX, vaginal capsule than you should:

An excessive and prolonged administration could induce systemic effects (hearing and renal), in particular in patients with renal insufficiency. A prolonged use also exposes to an increased risk of allergic eczema.

If you forget to take POLYGYNAX, vaginal capsule:

Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

ហាមប្រើចំពោះ៖
- អ្នកងាយមានប្រតិកម្មជាមួយនឹងសារធាតុផ្សំណាមួយនៃឱសថនេះ
- អ្នកងាយមានប្រតិកម្មជាមួយនឹងសណ្ដែកដី ឬ សណ្ដែកសៀង ឬ ប្រេងសណ្ដែកសៀង
- អ្នកជំងឺដែលកំពុងប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផលសំរាប់សំលាប់មេជីវិតឈ្មោលក្នុងទឹកកាមរបស់បុរស។

Do not take POLYGYNAX, vaginal capsule in the following cases:

• Allergy to one of the components or to another product of the same family,

• Use of diaphragms or latex condoms,

• If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to peanut or soya, due to the presence of soybean oil.

This medicinal product is generally not recommended, except if authorized by your doctor, in combination with spermicidal products.

ផលរំខានរួមមាន៖ ប្រតិកម្មអាល្លែកហ្ស៊ី ដូចជា រមាស់ ត្រអក អាចកើតមាននៅនឹងកន្លែងសុលឬនៅក្រៅឆ្ងាយពីកន្លែងសុល (កាលណាប្រើឱសថនេះក្នុងរយៈពេលយូរ)។

Like all medicines, POLYGYNAX, vaginal capsule can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Possibility of contact allergic eczema or far from treated area, in case of long-term treatment.

ហាមប្រើរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នាជាមួយផលិតផលដូចខាងក្រោម៖
- ផលិតផលសំលាប់មេជីវិតឈ្មោលក្នុងទឹកកាមរបស់បុរស (Spermicidal products)
- ស្រោមអនាម័យបុរស ឬស្ត្រី (Condom, Diaphragm)

Do not use with spermicidal products (risk of inhibition) nor with condoms or diaphragms in latex (risk of rupture of the condom or diaphragm).

Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

The use of this medicinal product is not recommended, except if authorized by your doctor, during pregnancy and breast-feeding. If you discover that you are pregnant during the treatment, consult rapidly your doctor as he only can adapt the treatment to your situation.

In general, it is appropriate, to ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.

In case of local intolerance or allergic reaction, stop the treatment. In case of local allergy, the later use of the same antibiotic or related antibiotics by oral route may be compromised.

Inform your doctor in case of renal insufficiency.

Do not to exceed the duration of treatment recommended by your doctor.
