KREMIL-S Tablet

For prompt and prolonged treatment of peptic ulcer and relief of hyperacidity, gastric hypermotility, spastic and irritable colon, flatulent dyspepsia, gastritis, heartburn, duodenitis, esophagitis, hiatus hemia, dietary indiscretion, alcoholic intoxication and postoperative abdominal pains.

Dosage

For peptic ulcer and gastritis, 2-4 tablets every 4 hours.

For symptoms of gastric hyperacidity (heartburn, acid indigestion, belching, gas, epigastric pain), 1-2 tablets after meals or as needed.

The tablets may be chewed or swallowed directly.

 Patients with closed-angle glaucoma

 Patients with a narrow angle between the iris and the cornea, since it may raise intra-ocular pressure.

Aluminum Hydroxide mixtures interfere with or reduce the absorption of any prescription antibiotic drug containing any form of tetracycline, Magnesium salts, in the presence of renal impairment, may cause CNS depression. In highly susceptible individuals, the antispasmodic component (Dicyclomine HCl) may cause dryness of the mouth, dizziness and blurred vision. Occasionally, some patients may experience fatigue, nausea, headache and dysuria.

Use with caution in patients with coronary insufficiency, cardiac failure or prostatic enlargement. Tachycardia may result from vagal inhibition or induce angina of effort in patients with coronary heart disease. This drug should not be used in patients suffering from paralytic ileus or pyloric stenosis where its use may lead to obstruction.

KREMIL-S neutralizes acid faster. adjusts the gastric pH to the ideal range of 3-5, and maintains it longer than any other antacid. It corrects the problem of excessive gastrointestinal gas experienced by many ulcer patients: breaks up the mucus that envelops gas bubbles so that these are immediately released and prevented from producing abdominal discomfort. It relaxes the hyperactive smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract to check hypermotility or spasms that aggravate peptic ulcer pains. KREMIL-S is used for prompt, prolonged and 3-dimensional control of peptic ulcer, ulcer pains and other symptoms. KREMIL-S promotes healing of ulcer.
